An affiliate of Harbor Group International, recently completed the sale of 300 South Wacker Drive, a 35-story building in downtown Chicago for $112.5 million. The buyer was Beacon Capital Partners, of Boston. In an effort to attract new clients this tech-floor suite was renovated.
