More and more buildings, especially those with some seniority in the loop, are looking to update, refresh, and generally create more spectacular amenities in order to compete with newer offerings. 231 South LaSalle is no exception, and they’ve recently finished their lower level amenities (shown) and are currently giving their primary retail corridor a makeover as well.
